By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lamps website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

Products & Pricing

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product due to photography and display settings.

• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time
• Sales tax will be applied based on your shipping address and applicable law
• Promotional pricing and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• Custom and bespoke orders are subject to separate pricing agreements

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship your order.

Payment Methods

• We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Payment is processed securely at the time of order placement
• All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology
• We do not store complete credit card information on our servers

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Standard domestic shipping: 5–10 business days
• Expedited domestic shipping: 2–3 business days
• International shipping: 10–21 business days (customs delays may apply)
• White-glove delivery available for select large items in the New York metro area
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier

Lamps is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lamps purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging
• Custom, bespoke, and made-to-order items are non-returnable
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation are not eligible for return
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Lamps website — including but not limited to text, photography, graphics, logos, product designs, and software — is the exclusive property of Lamps, Inc. and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted for viewing purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lamps, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
